BOOKING TERMS

All new clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their appointment.

A link to the form is provided on the booking screen and must be completed before 

submitting your appointment request. 

There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals after 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled, and a 50% fee of the service cost will be charged. 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a 50% service fee. 

Appointments missed without prior notice will be subject to a 100% service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.

To ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of all clients, we ask that only individuals with a scheduled appointment are permitted in the studio. 

To ensure the best results and a smooth experience, please take a moment to review the following:

LASH APPOINTMENT: 

- Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes 

- Avoid caffeine before your appointment to help keep the eyes still 

BROW APPOINTMENT:

- Avoid tweezing, trimming or waxing prior to your appointment 

- Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin on or around the brow area 

- Allow your brows to grow out for best shaping results
